Medium – Great Taste Award 1*
A mix of eating Jonagold (60%) and Bramley cooking apples (40%). Sweetness with an edge of sharpness, the most popular juice for those who do not want their juice too sweet, nor too sharp.

Pepple Juice – Pear & Apple Juice!
2/3 conference pears, 1/3 Bramley apples. 100% pears would be too sweet and gloopy. Pepple is sweeter than Medium, has lots of layers to the taste, second most popular juice, after Medium AJ.

Autumn Blush – Great Taste Award 2*   
The most fabulous pink colour and unique taste. Just red centred apples. Sweeter end of the scale. Delicious on its own, with sparkling water; or gin or the basis of colourful cocktails! Hugely festive & popular the year round.

Spiced Apple Cup – Great Taste Award 1*   
Apple juice ready spiced with cinnamon, star anise, all spice, ginger, cloves, zest of orange & lemon. Served cold it is like a like “Non-alcoholic Apple Pimms Cup”.  Served hot it is “Christmas in a up” FOR HOME CONSUMPTION: ‘Non-alcoholic…unless you add some!’ 

Sharper Apple Juice
100% Bramley apples – definitely sharper, too sharp for some – perfection for those who cannot find properly sharp apple juice anywhere else; known as ‘wake up juice’ – good with fizzy water for breakfast. 

Sweeter – Great Taste Award 1*
Single variety press of apples from a Scifresh apple tree. Definitely sweeter – but not overly so. No added sugar of course. Very distinctive taste.

Elderflower Cordial – Great Taste Award 2*
Hand picked from local unsprayed hedgerows. Concentrated, makes up to x 6 volume. Serve with flat or fizzy water, add thin slithers of  cucumber for an extra flavour edge. Alternatively, under Prosecco or in Gin & Tonic.

Apple Cider Vinegar – Great Taste Award 1*
Raw, no sulphates, unfiltered, with ‘mother’. Drink daily for the gut & joints; plus everything else you normally use vinegar for, drinks, pickling, pets, cooking & around the house. 

Pure Cherry Juice
Pressed from Isle of Wight cherries. Delicious on its own, with fizzy water, in cocktails and many different puddings Said to help going to sleep, for arthritis and for gout. Many fans at markets.
